SOMEF recognizes that a great education depends on great teachers. Supporting the ingenuity of our educators and fostering their continuing professional development are among our top priorities. SOMEF supports a variety of initiatives that enable teachers to expand and grow in pedagogic approach and learn and share successful strategies with their colleagues toward the goal of maximum achievement for all students.

SOMEF works alongside members of the educational staff, seeking their guidance and expertise to ensure that our programs are meeting their needs and the needs of students. We welcome input from teachers and administrators to help us refine existing initiatives and develop new ones.
