Supporting the ingenuity of our educators and helping them continue their professional development is a top priority for SOMEF. We believe that enabling teachers to expand and grow in pedagogic approach and methodology is central to our common goal of fostering maximum student achievement for all.

Since 1999, SOMEF has developed several programs with our teachers in mind. These programs – including grants for classroom materials and resources as well as professional development opportunities – have resulted in an impressive array of new and exciting learning experiences across the district.
